My Story

I am Rohit, the Head of Consulting at Beyond. My journey began in India, where I earned my engineering degree. After completing my engineering degree, I secured a position at Deloitte. Working at one of the leading global consulting firms provided me with invaluable experience and insights into the consulting industry. At Deloitte, I honed my skills in data analysis, strategic thinking, and client management, which laid a solid foundation for my career.

Seeking to deepen my expertise, I pursued an MSc from Imperial College London, where I did my masters in Management. After completing my studies, I joined Beyond.

Here, I lead a talented team, driving innovation and delivering impactful solutions for our clients. This role allows me to combine my technical skills and consulting experience to help businesses transform through data-driven strategies.

Normal Day

My typical workday at 9 AM. The first hour is dedicated to reviewing emails and preparing for the day. At 10 AM, I have a daily stand-up meeting with my team where we discuss project statuses, address any challenges, and set priorities.

From 11 AM to 1 PM, I have client meetings. These are essential for understanding client needs, discussing project updates, and strategizing solutions. After a brief lunch break, I spend the early afternoon, from 2 PM to 4 PM, on deep work—analyzing data, developing strategies, and preparing presentations.

Between 4 PM and 5 PM, I focus on mentoring junior consultants, providing guidance and feedback. The final hour of my day, from 5 PM to 6 PM, is dedicated to business development, identifying new opportunities, and networking with potential clients.

My workday typically concludes around 6 PM, ensuring a productive and balanced routine.

Outside the Office

Outside the office, I have a passion for travel and exploration. I believe that experiencing new cultures and environments enriches both my personal and professional life. Recently, I had the opportunity to visit Mexico, where I immersed myself in the vibrant culture, history, and cuisine. The trip was a refreshing break and offered me new perspectives.

Currently, I’m planning an exciting trip to Africa for a safari. The idea of witnessing the majestic wildlife and stunning landscapes of Africa excites me. I’m looking forward to this adventure and the chance to connect with nature in such a profound way.

Traveling not only provides me with relaxation and inspiration but also broadens my horizons and fuels my creativity. Whether it’s exploring bustling cities or tranquil natural settings, I cherish these experiences and the memories they create.
